. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not working as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was never delivered (with verified shipping issue)

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused or only lightly tested (not excessively worn or altered)
  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

2. Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Downloadable software or digital products (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Refund

To start the refund process, please:

  1. Email us at shop@luxtechselect.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the issue
    • Photos or video (if the item is damaged or not functioning)
  2. We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and send return instructions if approved.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us at shop@luxtechselect.com to arrange an exchange.
