. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not working as described
- You received the wrong item
- The product was never delivered (with verified shipping issue)
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused or only lightly tested (not excessively worn or altered)
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
2. Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Downloadable software or digital products (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Refund
To start the refund process, please:
- Email us at shop@luxtechselect.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos or video (if the item is damaged or not functioning)
- We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and send return instructions if approved.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us at shop@luxtechselect.com to arrange an exchange.
